工藝流程由于廢水(shui)的復(fu)雜性,同(tong)(tong)時(shi)要求運行(xing)費用低廉,我(wo)們(men)(men)行(xing)了多方面(mian)綜合考慮(lv)采(cai)用行(xing)之有(you)(you)效(xiao)的預處(chu)(chu)理(li)+生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)處(chu)(chu)理(li)+自然物(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)處(chu)(chu)理(li)。為(wei)除去醬腌菜和(he)調料(liao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產廢水(shui)中的大顆粒SS和(he)浮面(mian)油(you)污(wu),故我(wo)們(men)(men)考慮(lv)先設置隔(ge)(ge)渣(zha)隔(ge)(ge)油(you)池(chi),在(zai)中間(jian)設置水(shui)力篩(shai)(shai)網,污(wu)水(shui)經過篩(shai)(shai)網截(jie)留大顆狀(zhuang)的SS,同(tong)(tong)時(shi)減緩入(ru)水(shui)流速使密度(du)大的SS沉淀,有(you)(you)效(xiao)降低SS、Cl-等負(fu)荷。在(zai)后設置氣浮隔(ge)(ge)油(you)設施(shi),有(you)(you)效(xiao)除大油(you)污(wu)。設置生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)反(fan)應池(chi)和(he)曝氣池(chi)行(xing)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)處(chu)(chu)理(li)通過預處(chu)(chu)理(li),入(ru)水(shui)中各項污(wu)染指標都得到定(ding)的降低,別是SS、Cl-、色度(du)和(he)油(you)污(wu)。此時(shi)水(shui)質的可生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)性步提高,現考慮(lv)到污(wu)水(shui)中還有(you)(you)難(nan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)降解(jie)(jie)有(you)(you)機物(wu)(wu)(wu),同(tong)(tong)時(shi)別是總和(he)氨等還不能達(da)到排放,故考慮(lv)步生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)處(chu)(chu)理(li)。為(wei)達(da)到排放,在(zai)厭條(tiao)件下,當(dang)存在(zai)或加入(ru)易(yi)(yi)降解(jie)(jie)物(wu)(wu)(wu)后,難(nan)降解(jie)(jie)物(wu)(wu)(wu)可與易(yi)(yi)降解(jie)(jie)物(wu)(wu)(wu)構成微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的共代(dai)謝關系從(cong)而提高有(you)(you)機物(wu)(wu)(wu)的去除率。共代(dai)謝的結果(guo)甚可將(jiang)難(nan)降解(jie)(jie)物(wu)(wu)(wu)在(zai)厭分解(jie)(jie)。
